On site camping is available for a $35 per night payable to KVAEMC registration is required and lots are numbered.

No charge to have a farm or equipment display.
Vendors fee $35 for non-members, $10 off for members.
All displays need to be removed by noon on Sunday.
Exhibitors will receive two passes, if needed.
Pre-registration of displays is encouraged.
